Bob Crowell has joined Chicago-based E.ON Climate & Renewables (EC&R) as senior vice president of development.
Crowell will head development efforts and oversee personnel in the Midwest and Northeast for EC&R. Most recently, Crowell served as vice president of wind development at SUEZ Renewable Energy. Additionally, he was the director of wind energy development at Horizon Wind Energy, where he oversaw the company's Midwest development activities.
‘We are committed to growing our wind power capacity in the United States,’ says Patrick Woodson, EC&R's chief development officer. ‘Bob's breadth of experience managing and developing high-quality wind power projects will help us to continue growing our renewables portfolio in North America.’
Prior to joining Horizon Wind Energy, Crowell served as the project development director for Dynegy and managing director of North American development at Illinova Generating.
