Escondido, Calif.-based enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, has promoted Mark Tholke to Southwest regional director. In this role, Tholke is responsible for managing the company's renewable energy development program in California, New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada, including managing land acquisition, permitting, power marketing and shepherding projects through the interconnection process. ‘I am delighted to see Mark taking on greater responsibility in the company,’ says Tristan Grimbert, president and CEO of enXco. ‘Since day one, he has fit perfectly in the 'doer' corporate culture of enXco.
