Wind energy consulting firm Helimax has announced the return of Marion Hill following her successful pursuit of an MBA, with an emphasis on energy sector management, from HEC Montreal. In addition to her academic training as an electric engineer, Hill has over five years of experience in the field of wind energy and has worked for the Canadian Wind Energy Association.
Hill will head the due diligence and independent expertise section of the company, which offers clients risk reduction services with respect to investment loans and ensures precise evaluation and quantification of uncertainties and contingencies associated with investments in the wind energy sector. The services include due-diligence reviews of investment opportunities as well as monitoring and follow-up of investments made in wind assets during the development and operational phases, according to the company.
