Boston-based First Wind Holdings LLC has named Paul H. Wilson Jr. executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. He will oversee the company's legal affairs and manage its legal team.
Prior to joining First Wind, Wilson was a senior corporate partner at New York law firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he played a significant role in building the firm, and serving as the firm's deputy presiding Partner from 1993 to 1998 and as its chief financial officer from 1980 to 1988, 1991 to 1993 and then again from 2001 to 2008.
Wilson received degrees from Brown University and Columbia Law School.
Evelyn Lim, First Wind's current general counsel, who has been instrumental in First Wind's success to date, will become deputy general counsel and continue to be an integral member of the company's leadership team working with Wilson.
