Manassas, Va.-based Catch the Wind Ltd. has strengthened its management team with two key senior level appointments. Claudia M. Jaques has been named vice president and general counsel, and Daniel Lacroix has been named vice president of manufacturing.

Jaques joins Catch the Wind with more than 13 years of corporate securities experience. Prior to joining the company, Jaques was associate general counsel for corporate securities at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., where she provided securities support on a number of corporate activities. She holds a juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Lacroix will assume his new position effective Jan. 2, and has been affiliated with the company since August. He has more than 20 years of industry experience in senior executive roles and comes to Catch the Wind from IRphotonics Inc., where he was responsible for the direction of plant operations, including manufacturing, purchasing, human resources and production engineering. He has an MBA from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.
