Mike Ziemke has joined WindPartners Finance (WPF) as managing director and partner. He has been working with WPF for the past several months to assist in the business's expansion.
For eight years, Ziemke was a managing director at Macquarie Capital Inc., where he established and was involved in all aspects of the company's wind development business. In addition, he oversaw numerous renewable energy project financings for wind and solar assets that included leasing, partnerships and direct sales.
Prior to establishing Macquarie's wind program, Ziemke spent six years as a senior member of Macquarie's asset finance program and was directly involved in the execution of over $20 billion of asset finance transactions.
