ZF Services North America LLC has hired Don Lind as a sales manager who will focus primarily on wind turbine gearbox services. Lind will be responsible for increasing the presence of ZF Services in North America's wind energy market.
In his new role, Lind will report to Scott Gardiner, manager of wind turbine remanufacturing and service for ZF Services North America LLC.
Lind has over 20 years of industry experience and comes to ZF from Moventas. He has worked directly with wind turbine manufacturers such as Vestas, Acciona and GE, as well as many wind farm owner-operators and utilities.
