A worker at the Grand Forks, N.D., regional office of LM Wind Power Group died from injuries he suffered after being crushed between heavy machinery, the Grand Forks Herald is reporting.

An LM Wind Power spokesperson issued the following statement, the Grand Forks Herald reports.

He was attended to immediately at the scene of the incident by staff and urgently by emergency services but later unfortunately passed away in the hospital. His family has been informed, the company has expressed its condolences regarding this tragic loss and is caring for the people affected,’ the statement reads.
