St. Louis-based Wind Capital Group has hired Julie Oelman as assistant general counsel. Oelman will oversee the company's real estate group and will report to general counsel George Knapp.
‘As our development pipeline continues to grow, it is imperative that we have someone of Julie's caliber to oversee our real estate group in supporting our project development field staff in their efforts,’ says Knapp.
Oelman comes to Wind Capital Group from St. Louis-based real estate developer Pace Properties, where she served as corporate counsel and handled legal issues, such as land acquisition, development and leasing for the company's real estate projects.
Oelman received degrees from Tufts University, the Harrington Institute of Interior Design and Washington University.
