Tom Carnahan, founder of St. Louis-based developer Wind Capital Group, has stepped down from his position on the company's board of directors.
Carnahan was Wind Capital Group's former chairman of the board – a position he gave up about a year ago.
‘We thank Tom for his service to Wind Capital Group as its founder, president, CEO and chairman of the board,’ the company said in a statement. ‘We wish him well in his efforts to promote wind energy development through his work as incoming chairman of the board of the American Wind Energy Association.’
The company did not name a replacement for Carnahan's spot on the board of directors.
