Wind Capital Group, a St. Louis-based wind energy developer, has hired four new employees to fill key positions within the company.

Dr. Juan Santiago Santos will fill the position of vice president of market integration. Santos, based in Wind Capital Group's Madison, Wis., office, will manage the technical support operations for the planning and integration of wind farms into the transmission system. In addition, he will be responsible for the submission of interconnection requests and prospecting for future sites.
Sean Stocker will fill the position of vice president of project development. Stocker, based in a field office in New Ulm, Minn., will be responsible for managing and directing Wind Capital Group's field organization in order to prepare wind energy sites for development and construction.
Todd Velnosky will fill the position of vice president of project administration and planning. Velnosky, who will relocate to the company's St. Louis office, will be responsible for project financial modeling and will manage the administrative operations of proposed wind energy project sites through development.
Jan Christian Andersen will fill the position of director of marketing and community relations. Andersen, based in the company's St. Louis office, will be responsible for managing and directing Wind Capital Group's marketing and public relations efforts. In addition, he will develop community outreach and education programs for the local areas in which Wind Capital Group is becoming an integral part of the community.
