Westwood Professional Services Inc., a national land and energy development consultant, has announced that Matt Gaarder and Steven Broyer have joined the Eden Prairie, Minn., office as project engineers in the company's wind group.
Gaarder will provide civil-engineering design services on wind projects throughout the U.S. This is his first year of experience in designing and drafting of civil plans for wind farm projects.
Broyer has 12 years of experience in civil-engineering design, project management and design-build construction. He will also work on energy projects throughout the U.S.
