Westwood Professional Services Inc. has announced that senior project manager Chris Carda has been promoted to energy engineering manager. He will assume the lead role in managing the energy engineering team, which will support both wind and solar development projects. He will oversee the team's workload and performance, pursue engineering-specific business development opportunities, and lead the development of innovative engineering products and techniques.
This position was previously held by Steve Windingland, who was recently promoted to the position of director of wind energy. Carda and Windingland will work closely during the transition.
