Shear Wind Inc. has announced that Gary F. MacKenzie has submitted his resignation as a director. He has served the board since June 2006.
MacKenzie is one of the founding members of the company, and he held the position of director and chief financial officer until 2009.
Shear Wind has commenced a search to replace MacKenzie and will announce his replacement in due course.
