The supervisory board of REpower Systems AG has agreed upon the appointment of Andreas Nauen as a member, chairman of the executive board and CEO. He will take office on July 1. Nauen's contract provides for an appointment term of three years and includes an optional extension for another term of two years.
As planned, the current chairman of the executive board Per Hornung Pedersen has resigned from his office, effective June 30, and will remain a member of the executive board as chief market officer.
