Daron T. Threet has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the law firm's Washington, D.C., office and will serve as a member of the firm's energy and clean technology team.
Threet focuses his practice on the permitting and development of complex energy infrastructure projects and has extensive experience in matters related to the permitting, development and regulation of coastal and offshore energy facilities, including wind energy projects, LNG terminals, and subsea pipelines and cables.
Before going into private practice, he was an attorney with the U.S. Department of Transportation's Maritime Administration, serving as counsel for the Deepwater Port Program and as administration secretary.
