Northern Power Systems Inc., a manufacturer of direct-drive wind turbines, says it has named Elliot Mark its new vice president and general counsel.
Prior to joining Northern Power Systems, Mark served as general counsel for Gomez Inc., a Web technology company. He also served as general counsel for Salary.com, associate general counsel at Arthur D. Little and Molten Metal Technology, and started his legal career at Goodwin Procter LLP.
