Northern Power Systems Inc., a manufacturer of permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbines, has named Doug Prince chief financial officer (CFO). He has over 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience with global high-tech, industrial and life sciences businesses.
Prior to joining Northern Power Systems, Prince served as CFO for MDS Inc., a publicly traded global life sciences company located in Toronto, Canada. He has also held senior leadership roles at PerkinElmer, GE Capital, Aeroquip-Vickers and AlliedSignal.
