Northern Power Systems Inc., a manufacturer of permanent magnet/direct-drive wind turbines, has announced the addition of Charles W. Vaughan Jr. to its executive team in the role of vice president of commercialization.
Vaughan will lead global commercialization for the utility wind business as the company launches its utility wind turbine. Prior to joining Northern Power Systems, he served as vice president of sales for Clipper Windpower Inc., where he was responsible for sales and business development in North and South America, the U.K. and Europe.
