Nordex USA Inc. has appointed Dany St-Pierre as vice president of sales. She will direct the company's sales efforts in the key North American markets.
St-Pierre has recent experience as director of sales and tendering for Alstom Power Inc. and, before that, as sales director for Siemens Wind Power Americas.
The opening of the company's nacelle assembly plant in Jonesboro, Ark., in October 2010 and recently announced orders for turbines produced there, provide a firm foundation for heightened activity this year, according to the company.
