Noble Environmental Power will not build the second phase of the Chateaugay wind farm in New York, the Plattsburgh Press Republican reports.
The Chateaugay Town Supervisor received a letter from Noble citing the low price of power as the reason for discontinuing the project. The letter also included an announcement about the cancellation of a 100.5 MW Noble Alleghany Wind Park project in western New York.
