Tractel Ltd. has introduced a hard-shell storage case with an external humidity indicator for permanent storage of the Derope controlled-descent device and its components.
Fitting all Derope kits, the case is injection-molded from ABS plastic, which makes it durable and lightweight, yet gives it the ability to withstand a wide range of temperature extremes, according to the company.
The storage case has O-ring seals and a manual pressure-release valve, making it waterproof. The external humidity indicator warns of potentially damaging humidity levels to the contents without having to open the case, which is waterproof, dust-proof and airtight.
