Haywood Dorland Energy Capital LLC, a private equity firm that invests in wind, solar and geothermal energy, has made several personnel changes.
Runa Ganguly Rosenfield has joined the firm as legal counsel and head of risk management. Previously, she worked at O'Melveny & Myers LLP as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions/private equity group. She has served a wide range of clients in acquiring and divesting companies in a diverse array of industries.
Julien Rosso has been named vice president of the firm. Prior to joining Haywood Dorland Energy Capital, he worked at Glitnir Capital in renewable energy project finance and has significant experience in the development and financing of geothermal projects in the western U.S.
Bryan Butler has joined the firm as an associate. He recently served as a research analyst at Lux Research, where he authored a report profiling the financing and investment activity in the energy-storage sector. Formerly a senior analyst at Cinium Partners, a boutique private equity firm, Butler was responsible for analyzing prospective investments and developing summary investment memoranda.
Dov Kesten has also joined the firm as an associate. He has been with Merrill Lynch, Solar Unlimited and Sungrid in Australia, and is also working on completing a master's degree in renewable energy systems.
