EverPower Wind Holdings Elects Henderson To Its Board

EverPower Wind Holdings Inc., a Terra Firma company, has elected George R. Henderson to the company's board of directors. He currently serves as EverPower's chief commercial officer (CCO).

As CCO of EverPower, Henderson is responsible for all commercial activities, including marketing, origination and trading of energy and environmental attributes associated with EverPower's generation facilities in the U.S. He joined the company in April.

Prior to joining EverPower, Henderson served as managing director of energy and marketing and origination at PSEG Energy Resources and Trade LLC.
