The executive committee of the Eastern Interconnection Planning Collaborative (EIPC) has appointed David Whiteley its executive director.
Whiteley has been a consultant to the EIPC since 2009, and before that, was executive vice president at North American Electric Reliability Corp. (NERC), where he was responsible for overseeing NERC's activities in standards, reliability readiness, training and education.Â
Prior to NERC, Whiteley was senior vice president of energy delivery services for Ameren Corp.
