Seattle-based 3TIER Group has signed a contract with CPV Renewable Energy Co., a subsidiary of Competitive Power Ventures and a wind developer with projects in the U.S. and Canada, for 3TIER's Firstlook wind assessments.
‘Firstlook allows us to shorten our development cycles by being the fastest way to discover, purchase and download accurate wind resource assessments online,’ says Sean Finnerty, Competitive Power Ventures' senior vice president. ‘It simplifies and shortens a traditionally complex process, but it still delivers a complete assessment and the information we need to move a project forward quickly.’
Terms of the strategic partnership provide CPV with a discounted price on Firstlook reports. In return, CPV will deliver a set number of Firstlook reports per year.
