Composite Technology Corp. has appointed Stewart M. Ramsay president of the company's subsidiary, CTC Cable Corp.
Ramsay is a utility industry veteran with a range of experience and expertise. Prior to his role at CTC, he was an independent utility industry consultant, undertaking a variety of assignments, including strategic planning, asset management, organizational transformation and technical regulatory support. His clients included major utilities in the U.S., Canada and South Africa, as well as a number of industry-related technology companies.
Ramsay was vice president of asset management and electric transmission for Pacific Gas and Electric Co. Prior to this, he was vice president of distribution asset management for American Electric Power.
