International law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP has announced that Benjamin Koenigsberg, Konstantin Osipov and Erez Tucner have been named LLP partners in the firm.
Benjamin Koenigsberg, resident in the firm's New York office, concentrates his practice on project development, financings, public-private partnerships, hedge transactions, acquisitions and sales relating to complex power, transportation, natural gas and other infrastructure projects. His work in the energy sector ranges from conventional to renewable power, and he has experience with projects throughout the U.S., Latin America and Israel.
Konstantin Osipov, resident in Chadbourne's London office, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and dispute resolution.
Erez Tucner, based in Chadbourne's New York office, advises clients on corporate, international and personal tax matters. He represents U.S. and non-U.S. corporations, partnerships and high-net-worth individuals in structuring and negotiating the tax and business aspects of their U.S. and international operations, and in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and financing transactions.
