Catch the Wind Ltd. has announced that Richard McGraw did not stand for re-election to the board of directors at the company's recent annual meeting of shareholders and has resigned as a director of the company and from each committee of the board. Going forward, McGraw will continue to work with Catch the Wind in an advisory capacity.
