Catch the Wind Ltd. has appointed Susan Nickey and Dr. Jo Major Jr. independent directors of the company. Nickey has also been named chair of the company's audit committee and will serve on its governance and compensation committee.
Major is currently CEO and general partner of InSite Partners LLC. Prior to joining InSite, Major was CEO, president and chairman of the board of Avanex and a senior vice president at JDSU/SDL.
Nickey was most recently chief financial officer of Acciona Energy North America. Prior to joining Acciona, she was managing director of investment banking at Mesirow Financial Inc. and vice president of investment banking at ABN AMRO.
