Pasadena, Calif.-based Ameron International has restructured its management team and eliminated the position of chief operating officer.
Chairman and CEO James S. Marlen has taken on the additional title of president; Gary Wagner has become senior vice president for finance and administration, and chief financial officer; and James R. McLaughlin has become treasurer and senior vice president for corporate development.
