Seminole Financial Services, a Florida-based investment firm serving the renewable energy sector and other markets, has announced the appointment of two new executives and an expanded role for a vice president.
Dakota Hahn has joined the company as vice president of portfolio management. She comes from Tecta Solar, a division of Tecta America Corp., where she designed solar projects. Her previous experience also includes analyzing and managing the procurement of electricity and natural gas for clients of Philadelphia-based Provident Energy.
Suzanne Pixley-Schlueter has joined Seminole's tax equity division as vice president of portfolio management/investor relations. She brings experience in financial and market analysis of real estate investments, having held vice president positions at Boston Financial Investment Management and Citigroup.
Previously a vice president for Seminole's asset management and underwriting division, Joe Ritter has been promoted to Seminole's production and acquisition division as vice president of originations. In his new role, he will be primarily responsible for transaction identification, analysis and origination in the renewable energy market. Ritter has been with Seminole since the company's operations began in 2009.Â
