APS issued a formal solicitation for renewable energy (including wind, solar and biomass) generated from utility-scale facilities of between 2 MW and 15 MW in April, and requested all bids from interested suppliers be submitted by June 24.
Successful bidders are expected to be advised by APS of their inclusion on a short list on or before Aug. 26.
