The combined company of V-Bar LLC and Chinook Wind LLC has officially commenced operations as ArcVera Renewables.
The two announced their agreement to merge on April 17. The Golden, Colo.-based company is now providing consulting and technical services for wind and solar energy across entire project lifecycles, ArcVera Renewables announced at this week’s WINDPOWER 2017.
