International law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP has announced that Miriam Grunstein has joined the firm's Mexico City office as international counsel in Chadbourne's project finance and energy group.
Grunstein focuses her practice on energy and global infrastructure projects. In her many years working in the industry, she has advised both the government and regional and international companies on a diverse range of energy projects.
Grunstein has worked at Thompson & Knight Abogados in Mexico City as energy law counsel. She also spent several years as legal and policy adviser to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Mexico, as well as served as a legal consultant to Mexican energy companies Terranova Energia and Enersa S.C.
Chadbourne's offices in Mexico City and Sao Paulo and broader Latin America Practice regularly advise on a diverse range of energy projects, including wind power, solar power, gas pipeline and traditional power projects.
