GPCo Inc., a renewable energy consulting firm, has established its U.S. affiliate, GPCo USA, in Salt Lake City. The new office will provide services ranging from meteorological tower installation, wind data analysis, sonic detection and ranging deployment and analysis, micro-scale wind modeling, micro-siting and energy-estimate calculations in support of wind projects in the U.S.

GPCo specializes in the assessment of wind potential, the conduct of wind project feasibility studies and the development of wind energy projects across Canada and abroad.
