Global Energy Services (GES), a provider of construction and services for renewable energy projects, has named Hans Joern Rieks as its new CEO. Rieks comes to GES from Vestas, where he worked for 19 years and was appointed head of the company's Offshore unit last year.
Rieks says he plans to build upon the company's strong foundation in its traditional home markets in southern Europe, as well as expand globally.
