Etrion Appoints Alvarez-Bolado VP Of Engineering, Construction

Toronto-based Etrion Corp., a Canadian energy company focused on building, owning and operating renewable energy plants, has named Fernando Alvarez-Bolado vice president of engineering and construction.

Alvarez-Bolado has more than a decade of experience in the engineering and construction of wind and solar power projects. At Vestas Wind Systems, he was responsible for the construction of wind parks totaling over 250 MW in Spain.

He completed the management development program at IESE Business School in Madrid and has an electrical engineering degree from the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales at the University of Valladolid in Spain.
