Wind Energy America Inc. (WNEA) has elected Paul R. Knapp Sr. to its board of directors. Knapp is president and CEO of Space Center Ventures, a St. Paul, Minn.-based venture capital fund. He has served on the boards of a number of private and public companies, and currently serves as a director of Minneapolis-based Venture Bank. Knapp is a 1982 graduate of the College of St. Thomas and a 1985 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law.
