Windpower Innovations Inc., a wind power infrastructure and smart-grid solution company, has realigned its management team to complete the full integration of its two operating subsidiaries. As a result, Ian K. Griffiths was promoted to chief technical officer of the company.
Griffiths started his engineering career in the Royal Navy, programming and maintaining weapon control systems. During his 20-year business career, he has been an application engineer for Matsushita Corp. and regional sales managers for Mitsubishi Electric and Parker SSD Drives, a division of Parker Hannifin Corp.
