Westwood Professional Services Inc., a national land and renewable energy development consultancy, has added three new members to the firm's Eden Prairie, Minn.-based power group.
Tom Rubbelke, as an engineering technician, will be working on utility-scale wind and solar projects throughout the Midwest and western U.S. Patrick Carpenter has been named senior design engineer, and Tom Miller a water resources engineer.
