Brett Woodard has been named vice president of finance and chief financial officer (CFO) of Wasatch Wind Inc., a Heber City, Utah-based wind power developer and manufacturer of tower and lifting systems for utility-scale wind turbines. In his new position, Woodard will lead activities to structure and raise capital for the project development division, as well as lead corporate finance and accounting functions.
He has over 25 years' experience in arranging international and domestic project finance for infrastructure projects. Woodard most recently served as acting CFO at ESIN, a new telecommunications network operator in upstate New York, where he was a key member of the equity acquisition team. In addition, he has held positions at Nokia Customer Finance and GE Capital.
