UpWind Solutions Inc., a wind-asset management services firm based in Medford Ore., has acquired the assets associated with the Knight & Carver Wind Group's (KCWG) blade services business.
Technicians and the management team from the blade services group of KCWG will be transferred to UpWind Solutions.

UpWind says it will provide a seamless transition for existing KCWG customers and will offer blade services as part of its overall services, effective immediately.
