UpWind Solutions Inc., an operations and maintenance (O&M) service provider for North American wind energy, has appointed AnneMarie Graves director of performance engineering. UpWind says Graves will be directly involved in helping the company analyze its +3 GW fleet of O&M projects.
According to the company, Graves has 11 years of engineering and management experience in assessing the performance and reliability of operating wind projects, predicting wind project production, and modeling turbine life.
Peter Wells, CEP of UpWind, comments, "AnneMarie will lead many of our core initiatives to generate value-added solutions for our customers, and we're really looking forward to seeing our performance engineering group grow and evolve under her leadership."
