TPI Composites, a manufacturer of large-scale composite structures for the wind energy, transportation, and military vehicle markets, has added four new members to its senior management team to support its recent growth. In addition, TPI has opened a holding company headquarters office in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Additions to TPI's Arizona-based leadership team include Kevin Woodward, who has joined TPI as the holding company chief financial officer (CFO). Woodward last served as CFO for Cormark Inc., and brings strong experience in international operations, finance and enterprise systems, with particular emphasis in Asia.
Chris Lambert will join TPI as business unit manager for the company's wind blade business. Lambert has been part of the wind energy industry for 10 years in management roles at Mitsubishi Power Systems, GE Energy and Enron Wind.
Coburn Pharr has joined the TPI team as group operations director. In this role, Pharr is responsible for operations of TPI's new wind blade plants in Taicang, China, and Newton, Iowa. Pharr has been in operations leadership positions for over 14 years.
Randall Stout will serve as TPI's director of materials with worldwide sourcing responsibility. Stout brings more than 20 years of materials and logistics management knowledge to TPI. His experience includes roles in the composites industry with Cytec Fiberite and Hitco.
