nd USA Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co. Ltd., has appointed Tim Rosenzweig its CEO. In this role, he will be responsible for building Goldwind's North and South American platform. Prior to joining Goldwind, Rosenzweig served as senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of First Wind. As one of the original members of UPC Wind (First Wind's predecessor), Rosenzweig helped grow the business from a five-person start-up to over 150 employees. Prior to this, Rosenzweig worked as a vice president at a Nomura-backed private equity fund in New York. Goldwind has also appointed Matthew Olive as the director of sales for wind turbines for the Americas. Olive has extensive sales experience related to both wind turbine supply and maintenance services, as well as on the project development side of the business.
