Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, an international law firm, has announced that Tim Callahan, previously global chair of the wind energy practice at Mayer Brown LLP, has joined the firm as a partner in the global projects group in the Chicago office. Callahan brings to the firm a high-profile transactional practice focusing primarily in alternative and renewable energy.
Callahan has experience with wind farms, power plants, coal gasification plants, hydroelectric, biomass, bio-diesel and other renewable facilities, and in privatization and public-private partnership arrangements.
