The Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator Re-Elects Board Members

The Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator (Midwest ISO) has re-elected three board members: Chairman Paul J. Feldman, Vice Chairman J. Michael Evans and Director Judy Walsh. All three joined the Midwest ISO's board of directors in 2005 and will begin new three-year terms beginning in January 2011.

Feldman, founder of Trend IQ, serves on the markets, human resources, and corporate governance and strategic planning committees. He is also an independent director on the board of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council.

Evans chairs the Midwest ISO board's system planning committee and serves on the human resources and markets committees. He is the former president and CEO of Consolidated Edison Co., former president and CEO of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations and former senior vice president and chief operating officer of Kansas City Power & Light Co.


Walsh, founder and owner of Walsh Consulting Firm, chairs the board's audit and finance committee and serves on the human resources and markets committees. She has served as former commissioner for the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Walsh, now retired, was the first woman partner of Deloitte & Touche.
