U.K.-based Tentec Ltd. is offering training for the safe and efficient use of its comprehensive range of bolt-tensioning equipment. Used in a range of different industries – including wind, petrochemical and offshore markets – Tentec advises that only trained personnel operate the tools.
International sales manager Peter Koller recently traveled to Singapore to provide Mun Siong Engineering with hands-on, practical training.
‘Not only did we show the engineers how to safely and efficiently operate our bolt-tensioning equipment, but each operator was individually assessed to be fully competent before they were issued with their certificate,’ says Koller.
The training for 22 employees comprised a two-hour theory presentation, small group practical sessions and an assessment.
