India-headquartered wind turbine manufacturer Suzlon has announced that Kirti Vagadia will assume full responsibilities as the company's chief financial officer (CFO), as Suzlon's former CFO, Robin Banerjee, is leaving the company to take up a new position.
Vagadia, a chartered accountant with over 23 years' experience – including 16 years in the wind sector – carries rich experience and expertise in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, finance and taxation, Suzlon notes.
